Ian Alerre, C.O.
Ian joined the staff at PROSTHETIC C ·A · R · E in 2003. Ian started in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics in 1996. He left behind a career in electronics engineering technology in 1992 to pursue a more rewarding career. While attending college, he worked in a physical therapy clinic and was introduced to prosthetics and orthotics by an Orthotist who worked in the clinic.
Ian attended Northwestern University Prosthetic and Orthotic Center where he received a post graduate certification in Orthotics. He sat for his Orthotic board exams in late 2000 and became certified in 2001.
Ian is married and has 3 children. He spends his free time with family. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and playing drums. He also spends time as a sound technician for a Christian rock band.
